Non-Player Character plot

Hank Krinkle is a socially isolated content moderator who removes the most extreme content from the internet daily while simultaneously caring for his violent, dying father. When Hank goes looking for a kidney on the black market, he becomes entangled in an underworld of sex work, conspiracy theories, and algorithmic manipulation. As the digital world and reality begin to increasingly intertwine, Hank loses his grip on reality and starts to wonder if he still has control over his own life.
