Naked beneath the Water plot

Pelle Svanslos' brother has been missing for some time and no one knows where he has gone. One day, Pelle gets a call to watch the reality show Public Enemy Number One. In this program, participants show video images of murders they have committed. Pelle then sees that a horrific chainsaw murder has been filmed in his brother's apartment. Pelle immediately decides to go to his brother's apartment to see if the video footage was real.
