Student Irina has just ended a failed relationship and is facing financial difficulties. She wants to escape the modern life and overcome her problems and therefore decides to take a summer job in the remote village of Kyrsya. There, in the endless Finnish forests, she gains more and more control over reality and herself. But at the same time she also gets to know the true nature of the hillbillies.
