Killer Clown plot

"Not all clowns are friendly."

A serial killer dresses up as a clown with a matching mask and a long, black robe. He terrorizes a small village and seems to slaughter random people for no reason at all. When Kevin's girlfriend becomes yet another victim of this maniac, Kevin decides to take matters into his own hands. He opens a manhunt for the murderous clown to put a stop to it once and for all.
