Kill by Inches plot

Thomas Klamm, a devoted young tailor, is dominated by his father, a master of the craft. Thomas is concerned about meeting the needs of his customers, but he is not precise enough in taking the right measurements, leaving him frustrated and vulnerable. His younger sister, an expert seamstress, arrives in town and when she learns of her brother's weaknesses, she takes advantage of the situation and even humiliates him in front of his customers. As a result, the young man loses control of himself and eventually turns to madness and murder.
