Jigoku Kozô plot

In this film adaptation of a Hideshi Hino manga, Setsu, who has just lost her son in a tragic traffic accident, meets a mysterious old woman who offers to bring her lost child back to life. Setsu accepts the offer but is horrified to find that her son has become a monstrosity. She does everything she can to get her son new, fresh organs in the hope that he will grow back to his old self, but the boy becomes more and more monstrous and sets out in search of human flesh.
