A group of university science students investigate the urban legend of The Mole Man, an ex-patient who is said to still reside within the walls of the Black Grove asylum and is responsible for the disappearances of those who enter. When members of the group of students go missing, they soon learn that this myth is more real than they thought, leaving them to regret this thirteenth investigation.
