Professional Killer Frank Ng is hired to kill a high-profile Chinese criminal. However, the routine job goes awry when Frank discovers that his target is actually the vengeful Kiang-Shi, a Chinese vampire. The vampire promises Frank so much excruciating pain that only death will be a redemption for him. Thus Frank becomes the hunted and he sees helplessly how all his nearest and dearest are ruthlessly murdered. To spare his younger brother this terrible fate, he enlists the help of a Chinese herbalist, knowledgeable and knowledgeable of the ancient tales, and an unlikely team of vampire hunters to wage a final battle with Kiang-Shi and his henchmen of evil. .
