El Monstruo Resucitado plot

Nora, a journalist, is tasked by her boss to investigate a mysterious advertisement placed by Dr. Ling. The latter turns out to be a disfigured man who was rejected by his superiors and eventually became a mad scientist specializing in plastic surgery. Doctor Ling falls in love with Nora, but fears she will betray him and hatches a gruesome plan.
