"They were cursed to eternal life at the cost of their souls!"

In prehistoric times, two members of a supernatural tribe abuse the sacred secret of eternal youth. They engage in ritual cannibalism and sacrifice children of their own tribe. When the chief of the tribe discovers this, they are cursed to an eternity of old age with no chance of ever dying. In today's Los Angeles, they must sacrifice a 16-year-old female virgin to break the curse. However, their existence is discovered by an investigative journalist and a young runaway.
