Don't Fall Asleep plot

"Where did jealous Izzy go ... now that she is dead?"

Janice and Sam move into their first home. The neighbors tell them stories about the previous owner Isabelle, who killed her husband and his mistress in the house fifty years ago. Janice begins to sleepwalk and has visions of a German woman and blood. She can't remember what she's doing when she's sleepwalking. Murders are being committed in the area. Is Janice responsible, or has Isabelle returned?
