Doctor Infierno plot

Doctor Hel, a genius gynecologist, wants to dominate the world. In exchange for a cure for cancer and AIDS, he demands the total subjugation of the human race. His secret bunker is full of beds in which the miraculous survivors of his infernal experiments writhe in agony. There's only one thing left for him to do; Eliminate the only witness who knows about his plans: Nurse Gazcia. But the hired killer fails to complete his mission. Garcia, built like a truck driver, is out for revenge. The nurse, the murderer, a neighbor, an engineer, and a whole lot of other vile folk descend on Dr. Hell's not-so-secret bunker for a frenzied fight to the death.
