Count Khorda, a mysterious stranger, finds himself on the coast of Southern California to become the cult leader of a group of hippies. Once he has become leader, it doesn't take long for him to make himself known as a vampire. Count Khorda doesn't really intend to argue with his supporters for peace and love, but rather he has plans on how to quench the thirst of his supporters.
