Dear Heart: Furuete Nemure plot

Shinji (Takaaki Enoki) undergoes a heart transplant and goes on vacation with his wife Miwako (Reiko Takashima) to Mount Takahara to recover. During the trip, Miwako becomes afraid of her husband's personality change. What the couple did not know is that the donor heart came from a murderer.
