5 Years after the Fall plot

After a major industrial disaster, the water and food on Earth has become polluted. The rich and powerful live in cities that are completely protected by walls. For them, life just goes on. Outside these walls, however, crowds of dying people live and slowly insanity sets in. Jacob - an idealistic citizen - is on his way with a group of other people to a zone where the rich live. They plan to revolt. Along the way, they have to fight against the insane.
