A man wants nothing more than to become hugely famous. He has found the perfect way to realize his dream: to become a serial killer. The problem is, he's too weak to kill. Years later he is married and he sees his dream slowly passing. When a serial killer turns out to be active in the city where he lives, he decides to expose the killer and become his apprentice.
