Ji-yeon is a woman who works at a toll station. One night she is startled by a mysterious black car. The driver gives her a blood-soaked ticket as a tip. Her fears are made worse when Jong-sook tells her that exactly at that spot, twelve years ago, a prisoner transport caused a traffic accident that probably killed all the prisoners. However, not all have been found, some bodies have disappeared. Since then, every four years, on February 29, a murder is committed at the toll station. Soon, strange things begin to happen, with a doppelganger of Ji-yeon appearing to be present. When Jong-sook is found dead on February 29, Ji-yeon goes in search of the solution with the help of two detectives.
