What a delightfully unashamedly weird film this is, and besides that, it is also brilliant how well the wacky plot works, with how the concept of the foley artist transitions into the soundtrack, how Ewa’s long hair turns into a ponytail. It is incredibly clever how the sound constantly plays a role in the story, almost becoming the story itself, even though that is really not what it is about.
What a gorgeous girl Simone Bucio is in the lead role, and how well her long hair suits her—yes, even that ponytail. It’s impressive how the film manages to make such an absurd fetish almost normal—or is the film just way over the edge and am I suddenly doing the same? You tell me, bring it on. But not before you’ve experienced the film yourself.
