Nutcracker plot
"A magnificent Christmas spectacular."
Film adaptation of the classical ballet by Pyotr Tchaikovsky and the story by ETA Hoffmann. Drosselmeyer, a clock and toy maker, builds a puppet castle in his workshop. When the castle is finished, he falls asleep and dreams that the castle comes to life. One of those in the castle is Clara, a girl who is afraid of the Rat King. However, she is helped by the Nutcracker.
