Kamennyy Tsvetok plot
Young Danila grows up with his grandfather from whom he learns the art of sculpture. He always strives for perfection and is never satisfied with his creations. The young man, engaged to a beautiful young woman from his village, is seduced by the Queen of Copper Mountain, who tells of a stone flower that will soon bloom in her realm. Obsessed with this, he leaves home, hearth and betrothed.
