Dad, the Angel & Me plot

Ten-year-old Sam (Stephi Lineburg) is forced to live with her father when her mother is killed in a car accident. Her father, Jason (Judge Reinhold), is a psychiatrist, writer and especially womanizer and not at all happy with the thought of having to drag an arrogant baby with him. Nor does she feel much for that annoying, self-centered guy who never paid her any attention. Then her guardian angel (Carol Kane) appears.
