Covjek Koga Treba Ubiti plot
In Russia, Tsar Peter III is assassinated in Katharina's coup attempt. The devil sees here the work of the church to tilt the balance between good and evil in their favor. He therefore sends a servant who resembles Peter III to Montenegro. A small country that has been helped a lot in the past by the murdered Tsar and where the population is easy to persuade to believe that the Tsar is still alive. The plan is to have him crowned leader of Montenegro first and then take power in Russia from there.
