33X around the Sun plot

A man wakes up in a hospital. A dog's barking lures him outside. What follows is a frantic journey through the nocturnal underworld of London's slums. Along the way, he meets a series of unusual characters who turn out to know a lot about him. Among all those street workers, pub tigers and cops from another dimension, there is a woman who keeps returning in different guises. She seems to have the answer to our hero's many questions. But in order to solve the dreamlike riddles that surround him, he must stop her from constantly disappearing.
