Velké Trápení plot

Jane is fourteen. Her parents are divorced. Her sister moved to the province with her mother and she was assigned to her father. She's in a boarding school because Dad is too busy with work and a new girlfriend. Father hardly ever visits her and Jana has befriended Lenka, but that is a surrogate to a certain extent. When Dad finally comes to visit with his new girlfriend, after much adjustment, Jana is deeply disappointed in Dad's selfishness. She leaves boarding school to go to her mother and sister.
