The Skateboard Kid II plot
"Where there's magic in your heart, you can soar."
Lois now has to take care of her children alone and is forced to sell the car in order to keep the house. Her son buys a DIY skateboard kit for only $10, but the instructions are too complicated. When he tries to get his money back, he is helped by a queer man who says the manual is more of a puzzle to underlying secrets. He also builds a heart in the skateboard, which allows it to talk and fly. However, the big boys in the neighborhood who skate continue to bully him and want to take his skateboard too.
