The Elf Who Didn't Believe plot

Elmer, a young elf at the North Pole, wants to know what it's like in the real world. He borrows the sleigh from his boss, Santa Claus, and flies it to civilization. He discovers almost too late that the Christmas party might be canceled due to his absence. He also has to deal with a rich businessman who wants to earn big money from the Christmas party.
