Sebuntin, Hokuto Natsu plot

Ayami Kawaguchi is a 17-year-old high school student. Her family owns a tofu shop where the tofu is made with local spring water. She's a member of her high school's kyudo club, but she's not doing well there. One day, Ayami delivers tofu to a local sake brewery. There she notices that the owner of the sake brewery, Shozo Sugita, has collapsed and is sent to the hospital. Afterwards, Ayami Kawaguchi becomes involved in a dispute over the succession of water sources.
