Ina, Peter und die Rasselbande plot

Ina, Peter and the rest of the Ratlbende live in a children's home in Berlin. There is no soundproofing and that does not make it easy for the neighbours. They also perform all kinds of stupidities. This disturbs the Krusenbooms and therefore there is often a fight. The girls from the children's home now want to organize a flower festival, the boys a dirty 'Piet Smeerpoets' party. As a result, there is a competition and Mr Krusenboom, who likes to blow the trumpet and beat his drum, actually seems to become a friend of the children. But when Ina and Peter are adopted, things go horribly wrong. After all, they do a lot of crazy things to not get new parents.
