Hope Ranch plot

"Even the most troubled teen can get a second chance at a place called Hope Ranch."

Three convicted young criminals are given an alternative community service order. Their guards are ruthless; two sharp, tough ex-cons and the crazy old police officer JT Hope, who prefers to shoot criminals directly. With two boys, the heavy community service seems to have a good effect, but the third goes completely wrong... He steals drugs, takes 2 innocent women hostage and flees into the mountains.
