Gordos Reise ans Ende der Welt plot

The somewhat fat dog Gordo lives a good but boring life in Buenos Aires. The highlight of the day is when the dog walker hired by his boss takes him out for fun in the city park. One day when Gordo is allowed to run free in the park from the dog walker, he ends up curiously in a container, the doors of which quickly become locked. Gordo only manages to escape 3000 kilometers away in the town of Ushuaia. Will Gordo make it back home and survive as a wild dog among 16,000 other stray dogs?
