Ein Elefant Im Krankenhaus plot

When the zoo holds a contest for the name of a baby elephant, girl Tilly (Anna Marr) is the lucky winner. She can baptize the animal herself, but before that, she ends up in the hospital. Her brother Robert (Andrej Jautze) then comes up with the original idea to bring the elephant to Tilly. That is of course not without problems.
