Bruno Walton and Melvin "Boots" O'Neal are the most notorious troublemakers at MacDonald Hall - a so-called prestigious school for boys. Bruno, the mastermind behind the operation, has managed to convince Boots to notice his countless jokes. To prevent his friend Boots from being sent to another school, Bruno leads a massive campaign for a swimming pool at MacDonald Hall.
