Avengers of the Reef plot

Scientist Bill Stewart goes to Fiji to investigate why large numbers of starfish appear in the water there. His son Tim discovers a plot by an international mining company. They are trying to cause so much environmental damage with the help of starfish that no one will protest if the company wants to mine the reefs around Fiji.
