Josh goes to college for the first time and leaves his faithful dog Buddy with his younger sister Andrea. In an effort to fit in, Andrea joins a girls' baseball team, and it isn't long before she finds out that Buddy is a pretty good baseball player too. However, just as they seem to be winning the season, something terrible happens.
