Improvised Objects plot

In a world where billions are spent on state-of-the-art weapons, the deadliest weapon is still a do-it-yourself device, which can be fabricated from garden-and-kitchen materials. A maker of those devices, a soldier, and a philosopher describe their relationship to these objects, which can be virtually any form and content.
