World and the Flesh plot
It is 1917. During the Russian Revolution, a group of aristocrats is on the run from the Bolsheviks, who want to kill them. They try to escape from Russia incognito in a boxcar. Among the refugees is the beautiful blonde and ballerina Maria Yaskaya, the mistress of Grand Duke Dimitri. When the group has arrived in a French coastal town, they want to sail to England. But the village is taken by the Russian sea captain Kylenko. In order to save her traveling companions from arrest and then execution, Maria must split the sheets with Kylenko.
