With a Blue Sky plot
In 1920 the fighter flying school "Willows" is started in California. A group of Koreans who want to free their country from the yoke of Japan signs up. Their ultimate goal is to bomb the palace of the Japanese emperor. During training, their fervent desire for Korea's independence grows stronger, but a spy throws a spanner in the works. Still, Ja-jung Kim and his men board their plane for what may be their last flight.
