What She Said plot

"Everybody has an opinion. Nobody has WiFi."

PhD candidate Sam should be almost done with her dissertation. Instead, she has spent the past year in and out of court after filing charges against her rapist. When she receives the news that the trial has been postponed again, Sam heads to her family's remote cabin in the woods of Virginia, where she can avoid everyone in her life. A few days before Thanksgiving, Sam's oasis is interrupted when her brother storms in with her best friends in tow. They want to stage a pseudo-intervention and convince her to return to town and complete the process.
