Welcome To September plot

Drew McCullough, a lonely young Irishman, is a carpet seller by day. One night he is transfixed by the depiction of a beautiful, exotic woman in a painting. Suddenly the woman steps out of the painting and throws herself into his arms. For a moment they are locked in a passionate kiss and then she is gone. Is she real or has he lost his mind? In his obsessive quest to find her, his life turns into a story full of fantasy and reality.
