Wei Lou Chun Xiao plot

An apartment building is about to collapse in the slums of Hong Kong. The residents consist of a wide variety of lower-class people, such as a teacher who has been fired from his school, an architect who can no longer find work and is forced to sell his blood to make money, a taxi driver whose woman can give birth any time and a poor family. The tenants have no chance of moving to something better, but manage to survive thanks to the help of the other residents. However, this is a thorn in the side of the building owners.
