On February 8, 2000, at the Feltham Young Offenders Institute, noted violent racist Robert Stewart is placed in a cell with Zahid Mubarek, a young Asian man who will be released in six weeks. During these weeks, with the help of the indifference of the institution, Stewart, with his unstable mind and deep-seated racist tendencies, can become the monster he always wanted to be.
