Voyage of the Yes plot

Wealthy Cal Maxwell (Desi Arnez Jr.) from Beverly Hills wants to sail to Hawaii during his last weeks of vacation, but his parents insist he doesn't go alone. However, Cal is quite on his own. But then he meets Orlando Parker (Mike Evans), a good kid from a bad neighborhood in Chicago who is on the run after accidentally killing his uncle. The two make the sailing trip to Hawaii together, but they encounter problems along the way.
