Voleur de Vie plot
Alda, her sister Olga, and his daughter Sigga live together in an old house by the sea near a cemetery. The self-assured Alda is addicted to men, Olga, on the other hand, shuns them but nevertheless, somewhat jealously, follows her sister's activities. In their own way, both women refuse to bond emotionally with other people and have a strange connection to their family history, their deceased parents and a third, also deceased, sister. Can they, and can Sigga, escape from this suffocating, death-dominated environment and find a way to a "real" life?
