Vlk Z Královských Vinohrad plot

“Take the good and leave out the bad”, is the clue that Nemec gives out of the picture to his protagonist who eats a fishtail. That is how he works in this masterful conclusion to his life, a summary of the juicy bits he reconstructs and recalls for his alter ego, the semi-fictional character John Jan. He takes him, guerrilla style, to Cannes, which has changed from a place of high expectations to the setting of a professional deception he never recovered. The staging of Godard's murder is only a small satisfaction.
