Venus Makes Trouble plot

"When Broadway's super-siren goes to work on the world's super-salesman...her line makes that well-known Venus de Milo woman throw up her arms in despair!"

Buzz Martin is a hot air balloon driver, which is also full of hot air. He is hired by the owners of a bank and movie theater in a small Pennsylvania town. He has to perform stunts with his balloon in order to attract customers, but makes a mess of it. Undeterred, he goes to New York, where he becomes a marketing specialist in a roundabout way.
