Velsignelsen plot

Katrine gives birth to a daughter, but the general idea that young motherhood should be one of the most beautiful things in a woman's life unfortunately does not apply to her. Katrine doesn't bond emotionally with her baby, her body hurts and she feels weird. When her boyfriend Andreas leaves for work in Amsterdam shortly after the birth of their child, she finds out that her new role as a mother does not suit her. That is almost at the expense of her baby. When her mother, with whom she has a difficult relationship, comes to her and especially the baby's aid, it turns out that it is not easy for both of them to be a good mother.
