Un Second Souffle plot

François, a dentist, has been around for over fifty years. He has left his wife and children to live with his young mistress Catherine. Every morning, before going to his practice, he goes for a jog to maintain his fitness. But one day he discovers that Catherine has another lover, a semi-pro football player her age. He decides to visit his rival himself.
