In an industrial city, there is a factory that stands out for its good management. Thanks to the shrewd director Todor and his successful politics, the whole area in 1966 is looking forward to rapid progress and prosperous years ahead. Milutin, the director's driver, is at the center of a series of absurdly dramatic relationships in which manipulation dominates.
