"WHAT A SKIPPER! WHAT A CREW! WHAT A LAUGH!"
"Tugboat Annie" is about to lose her job as captain of the ugly tugboat Narcis. This lies to Horatio Bullwinkle, skipper of the rival Salamander. To earn $25,000 very quickly, Annie agrees to drydock to Alaska. but this plan is soon halted when another tug gets their hands on the contract for a slightly lower price.
