Tsumujikaze Shokudo no Yoru plot

Every night, a bunch of eccentric guests gather at a strange restaurant on the corner of intersection in Hokkaido's Tsukifune-cho. These include a bookshop owner called “Master De Niro”, a greengrocer who wants to go to Irkutsk, a chatty hatter and a brooding stage actress Nanatsu. 'I' is a writer and 'rainfall researcher' who ends up in this weird restaurant and feels right at home there, especially after meeting Nanatsu.
